Happy Birthday A-Gu!!!

Adenine was not very cooperative today and Mommy was having a very hard time trying to get Adenine to sing happy birthday to A-Gu. She was very confused as you can see in the video. Anyhow, this is the best we can do. We hope you enjoy it A-Gu.

Sorry we're quite behind in our posts! The last few weeks have been kind of nutty. But we'll be playing catch up over this next week. Playing catch up is not to be confused with playing with Catsup. Or Ketchup. Or Catnip. Or.. hey, it's 4:30 AM, cut us some slack.

Happy 2nd Birthday Adenine!

Adenine turns two today, but since Daddy has to go to Georgia for a conference, we celebrated Adenine's 2nd Birthday this past Saturday instead. Here is the birthday girl running through the living room with her birthday balloons.

Adenine's Easter Apple Adventure (with guest appearance by the Easter Bunny)

Some of you might remember Adenine's less than enthusiastic response to meeting the Easter Bunny last year:



Now a year older and (presumably wiser), Adenine met up with the Easter Bunny again this year on our trip to Lyman Orchards. This year she let us know in no uncertain terms: "bu-yao teu-tse" (i.e. I don't want rabbit)

She handled the smaller version better, though we have to admit that she also "bu-yao teu-tse" when she realized that it was ALIVE! ALIVE! Aiiiieeee.. scary baby bunny!



Later Adenine picked some apples at the apple hunt. Daddy had a little crisis when he realized that he had lost his family. It's amazing that Daddy could lose the family when they were standing .. right in front of him..
